Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch engineering comes with incredible three-phase modules for synchronous and asynchronous motors and inverters with the backplane cooling mechanism. The DMA 085B 4101-D is the cooling backplane module for the inverters as it aids the inverter to cool down with the water inlet cooling. These backplane modules come with RMB backup fans and have the system to cool the inverter by using tap water.
The DMA 085B 3301-D is linked with either control cables or a direct DC link. The DC link voltage should be 715 VDC for non-regulated as well as 670 VDC link for the regulated module. The maximum current of the module should be 64arms to 86arms from OL to CL. The backplane module has the 22-47 arms rated current with a derating of 1.25A/K at the temperature of 45°C to 55°C. These DMA 085B modules have 11.5 kg mass along with a width of 100mm. The DMA 085B 4101-D models have a 16-bit resolution and analog interface. It has no encoder interface and no additional functions. Its main function is to provide cooling backup plain to the motors and inverters. The maximum power of the module should be 1.35A. The power loss of 380W in total in the switch cabin.
There are standard variants of these modules are available. These models come in the Servodyn-D series. The served modules must be installed in switch cabinets with IP 54 protection category. The operating temperature for the backplane mechanics should be 0°C to +45°C. The installation for the module is 0 to 1000 m above sea level along with derating up to a maximum of 3000 m. It comes with the IP 20 according to EN 60529 degree of protection. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
