The DMA 085B 3301-D is a backplane module for cold module engineering of inverters. It comes with a three-phase module in addition to air cooling backup mechanics. The Backplane module is linked with the inverters via DC-link or control cables. These backplane modules are well settled with synchronous and asynchronous motors. The backplane module DMA 085B has RMB/DM type 2 fans for backup cooling.
The maximum width of the backplane module is 100mm and has 11.5 kg of the total mass. The DMA 085B 3301-D comes with an analog interface with 12 bits resolution encoder interface and a resolver. There are no variants of this model of backplane module and has no additional features. The DMA backplane module requires 670 VDC regulated DC link voltage as well as 715 VDC non-regulated DC voltages. The maximum current for OL is 86arms and 64 arms for CL are established by the module. The rated current for the module should be 22 to 47 arms with a derating of 1.25 A/K.
The backplane module has 20 bits of single-turn encoder STG resolution value and 32 bits, 4096 absolute revolution for the multi-turn encoder resolutions, and has 12 bits of the resolver. The module has the incremental encoder with a factor 4=1MHz with a possible connection directly measure with the SERCOS-interface position system. It also has a sine encoder with EXE and factor 20 that is equal to 50 kHz as well as a cosine encoder with interpolation factor 4096 is equal to 800 kHz. The power demand of the DMA 85B is 1.35 A with a maximum power loss of 380W in the switch cabin. The cooling water should be appropriately managed between 10-40°C temperature with min 5 ml and 5 bars pressure,7-8.5 PH level to guarantee the continuous cooling operation of the module.
