Product Description
The DMA 045A 9101-D is a drive inverter in the DMA series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It functions excellently in combination with medium/high voltage systems via a transformer unit. When in alignment with the recommended motors, it confers high dynamics, extensive speed-setting range and positioning accuracy. The performance of the DMA 045A 9101-D is standard, and it leverages a CANrho and CANopen interface. It utilizes an air-cooling mechanism aided by backplane mechanics.
During standard operation, the nominal environmental temperature required for optimum performance is within the range of 0 to 45 oC. At derated conditions, the ambient temperature must be maintained between 46 oC and 55 oC. The characteristics of the DMA 045A 9101-D include optimized mechanics, compact design, integrated safety structure, automatic commissioning and excellent position control of 3-phase modules. The DMA 045A 9101-D is regarded as Class-A equipment and mostly recommended for use in industrial areas because of its ability to induce radio interference in residential areas.
According to EN 60721 standards, the DMA 045A 9101-D is categorized under the 3K3 climatic class, and its Ingress Protection (IP) rating is 20 – as per EN 60529. The shock resistance of this inverter is rated at 15 g iaw, according to DIN IEC 68-2-27. For an excellent performance, the surrounding air of this unit must be devoid of acid, metal vapour, elevated dust levels, corrosive substances, etc. As a safety precaution, the DMA 045A 9101-D must be installed, stored, transported and erected appropriately as provided by the relevant manufacturer’s documentation. Also, only trained and expert technicians should handle this unit at all times to avoid material damage or health hazards. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
