Product Description
The Bosch DMA 030A 3301-D is a Servodyn-D three-phase module for synchronous and asynchronous motors. It is one component of modular Servodyn-D inverters. Bosch also manufactures stand-alone Servodyn-D inverter systems. The DMA 030A 3301-D is an air cooled module. Bosch also manufactures water cooled three-phase modules. An analog interface with 12-bit resolution is available on the module. The DMA 030A 3301-D also supports resolver based feedback. Bosch recommends use of prefabricated power and encoder cables made by Bosch for all motors. The cables should not touch the motor surface. Operating temperature for standard encoder cables varies from -50 to 80 degrees Celsius for fixed installation to -20 to 70 degrees Celsius for flexible installation. Maximum length of shielded power cable which can be used with the DMA 030A 3301-D is 100 meters without brake control.
Peak current rating of the DMA 030A 3301-D at 2 kilohertz is 30 Amps. At 4 kilohertz the peak current rating for maximum overload conditions is 35 Amps and the rated current is 8.9 Amps. At 8 kilohertz, the peak current rating for maximum overload conditions is 32 Aps and the rated current is 5.1 Amps. DC link voltage for the DMA 030A 3301-D is 670 Volts regulated and 715 Volts DC un-regulated. Weight of the three-phase module is 7.3 kilograms. The module width is 50 millimeters, the height is 504 millimeters and the depth is 288 millimeters. Bosch recommends providing 100 millimeters of clearance on the top and bottom sides of the mounted module to enable easy mounting and dismounting. This clearance will also help to ensure that air flow around the module is unobstructed which will help to keep the ambient temperature within safe limits. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
