Product Description
The DMA 015A 1301-D is a Servodyn-D inverter drive system designed by Rexroth Indramat for the control and monitoring of the operations of servo motors used to generate kinetic energy in the industrial servo system. The drive inverter is specifically designed to work with synchronous and asynchronous industrial motors, however, it operate much more efficiently when connected with the synchronous motor. The motor features a modular structure, this makes the installation and maintenance of the controller straightforward. The DMA 015A 1301-D drive inverter also features an Integrated, redundant 2-channel safety structure. The housing unit of the drive controller can effectively prevent the penetration of any solid material with a diameter larger than 20 millimeters.
The DMA 015A 1301-D drive controller uses the SERCOS interface to control the exchange of digital information between the controller and all other parts of the servo system. The SERCOS interface offers the operator real-time processing and a free combination of drive and controls of any manufacturer. In the case of an emergency, this drive controller alerts the operator by displaying an error message on the display unit. The drive inverter has a width of about 50 millimeters and a height of about 521 millimeters. An inverter module can be plugged into the backplane module of this drive inverter.
The DMA 015A 1301-D drive controller uses two main types of electrical cables, the power cable, and the motor feedback cable. These electrical cables are crucial to the efficiency of the inverter drive, thus operators should ensure the electrical cables used for the drive meets the quality standard of Rexroth Indramat. This inverter system has a total weight of about 7.3 kilograms. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
