Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is an engineering firm that manufactures smart drive control units and related accessories.
The DM 8K 7101-D is a three-phase module that comes with compact mechanics. The module is used with the Servodyn-D inverter system produced by Rexroth. The inverter system is characterized by its ability to control speed, and position with high accuracy. The device is capable of meeting high demands when it comes to positioning, speed, and synchronizing. This inverter system also comes with a redundant two-safety channel. Automatic commissioning is facilitated because of electronic rating plates. Many of the famous Rexroth motors are used with this device including the built in motors, synchronous motors, asynchronous motors, SF synchronous motors, and SF synchronous motors. The DM 8K 7101-D has been powered with the Serial Realtime Communication System interface that is the standard interface for fast-paced communication between drives and control units.
The DM 8K 7101-D has a 12 bit resolution when evaluating the actual position value. The three-phase module has a 10 A maximum current and a 1.1 A rated current at a frequency of 8 kHz. At a 4 kHz frequency, the system has a 10 A maximum current and a 2.1 A rated current when the operating frequency is 8 kHz. The device uses a 24 V power supply which provides a 0.89 A current to the system. The module is energy efficient and its maximum power loss has been capped at 96.5 W. The system’s maximum current output is 35 A and it comes with a DC link connection through busbars. An internal/external ballast switch has also been installed in the power supply module. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
