Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides high quality automation equipment to industries around the globe.
The DM 8K 6111-D is a three-phase module that is used to enhance the performance of the Servodyn-D inverter systems produced by the company. The inverter system is frequently used in the industry where it is coupled with the synchronous SF motors, synchronous SR motors, built-in motors, asynchronous standard motors, and the asynchronous DU type motors. The inverter system can be easily installed in small sized control cabinets because of its compact dimensions. The DM 8K 6111-D supports cold module engineering in the three-phase module. This device has high resolution position control capabilities because of a resolver that provides a 12 bit resolution of actual position values. This model can be connected with a cosine encoder, a sine encoder, and an incremental encoder.
The DM 8K 6111-D’s power loss has been restricted to 96.5 W and it needs a 0.89 A current supply from a 24 V power supply module. With a width of 50 mm and a mass of just 6 kg, this module becomes easy to handle, transport, and install. The device gives the best results when operated in areas that have a maximum temperature below 45 ᵒC. Because of its integration with the Sercos interface, this three phase module is capable of fast paced communication. The Sercos interface also enables the system to operate under different modes. The data transfer process remains unaffected by interference effects because of optical waveguides. This three-phase module also comes with a DC link connection that is established through busbars. The supply module comes with an integrated start-up circuit and also has an external ballast switch. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
