Product Description
Bosch Rexroth designs state of the art control units and motion control accessories that are widely used in the industry.
The DM 8K 5311-D is a three phase module used with the Servodyn-D inverter system. The inverter system is used for advanced position, speed, and current control applications. The inverter system comes with electronic rating plates that enable the automatic commission of the motors and drive modules. A modular design allows the inverter system to be integrated with additional platforms. The system has compact dimensions and can easily be installed in a small sized 300 mm control cabinet. The device mechanics have been tailored and optimized to extract a maximum power output. The inverter system is often used with the DU asynchronous motors, linear synchronous motors, asynchronous motors, etc. The DM 8K 5311-D three-phase module enables cold module engineering and comes with a 12 bit resolver that allows accurate resolution of actual position values.
The DM 8K 5311-D is operated on a 670 Volts DC link voltage. The device uses a 2.5 A DC input and has a 2.4 A current output. This model can be used on 8 Hz as well as 4 Hz frequency. This three-phase module is best used below a 45 ᵒC temperature. If required, the device can be used in a 45 ᵒC to 55 ᵒC. In this temperature range, there is a specification derating of 0.1 A per kelvin rise in temperature. When used with a 24 V power supply, the device requires 0.89 A power from the power supply unit. This module has a mass of just 6 kg which makes it easy to transport and install. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
