The DM 4K 7101-D Servodyn-D series current module from Bosch Rexroth is used with different types of motors from the manufacturer. This module features compact mechanics. It is equipped with a CANrho interface as the setpoint interface. The unit also incorporates a standard encoder interface. This product may get damaged due to inappropriate handling. The device offers the assurance of a safe standstill when it is in the safe mode. The unit supports the incorporation of a plug-braking module. The encoder and power cables are prefabricated cables that are integrated with connectors. The DSS software assists in the diagnosis as well as commissioning processes.
The current module can be used with the manufacturer’s SF and SR range of servomotors with and without forced-air cooling. The product comes with a non-regulated 715VDC DC link voltage rating. The encoder cable of the device is intended to function between -50°C and 80°C with fixed installation. This cable should not have contact with the surface of the motor. The brake connection for this device features a brake relay along with protective circuitry for direct plugging on to the unit.
