Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is mainly concerned about its product quality and customer satisfaction. The company product such as servo modules, servo motors, and frequency converters are widely used in the international market.
The DM 4K 4101-D model uses a standard encoder interface for the feedback control system to control speed and position with extreme precision in different types of synchronous and asynchronous motors. The Servodyn-D inverter system is equipped with a power supply module and a three-phase inverter module. The power supply module takes connection directly from the 3-phase power source and generates a stabilized 670V DC link voltage as a regulated and 715V DC link voltage in case of non-regulated power supply. The three-phase inverter module requires 0.89 A of power from the 24 V power supply module. The Servodyn-D operates at a 16-bit analog interface which uses a VeCon chip for controlling digital position, speed, and current in the module. The cycle time for both speed and current controller in an analog interface is 62.5 micro-seconds.
The model DM 4K 4101-D provides resistance against shocks according to 15g DIN IEC 68-2-27 and resistance against vibrations having a frequency range from 2 to 150 Hz. The model is also protected against climate conditions by the 3K3 climate category according to EN 60 721. The DM 4K 4101-D module must only be installed in switch cabinets which are protected by IP54 protection standard. The total weight of the three-phase module is 6 kg having a total width of 50 mm. The model operates on 4 kHz and 8 kHz switching frequency with the rated current of 0.8 Arms and 1.4 Arms with 0.15 A/K and 0.1 A/K reduction in power due to an increase in temperature from +45 to +55 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
