Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s products are a result of complex manufacturing techniques by a committed team of professionals. The company has many years of manufacturing experience and its professionals are well aware of the emerging industrial demands.
The Servodyn-D inverter system has a modular structure and comes with a variety of interfaces. With a 300 mm control cabinet depth, it has a compact design. The inverter has a design that is optimized for extracting maximum power output from the system. The DM 4K 3301-D is a three-phase module within the Servodyn-D inverter system and functions as the speed, position, and current controller. Bosch’s SF type motors, SF type motors, asynchronous motors, and synchronous motors are operated with the DM 4K 3301-D. The system operates on 670 VDC regulated and 715 VDC non-regulated DC link voltage.
At a frequency of 4 kHz, the device has a maximum current of 6.4 A (maximum continuous load) and 6.6 A (maximum overload). At the same frequency, the rated current is 0.8 A (maximum overload) and 2.5 A (maximum continuous load). The current derating of the device is minimal. Within a 45 ᵒC to 55 ᵒC, the current derating is at the rate of 0.1 Ampere/Kelvin. The device can offer multiple resolutions of the position value. In the case of a Singleturn encoder, a 20-bits resolution is achieved. If a resolver is used, then a 12-bit resolution can be achieved. Also, an incremental encoder with a frequency limit of 1 MHz can be used as a direct position measuring system. Overall, the DM 4K 3301-D is a very efficient module for a variety of servo-applications within an industry.
