Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides services in the development and manufacturing of modern industrial automation equipment. The company offers a wide range of high-performance digital servo drives, drive controllers, and frequency converters to its customers.
The DM 45K 3301-D model comes in a compact design having a net weight of approximately 6.7 kg. The model is designed to operate at the DC link voltage of 670 VDC for regulated and 715 VDC for non-regulated power supply. The three-phase inverter module having a switching frequency of 4 kHz operates at the rated current of 23.5 Arms and the maximum current of 35.5 Arms where the module having a switching frequency of 8 kHz operated at 16.5 Arms of rated current and 25.5 Arms of maximum current. The three-phase inverter module requires 1.4 A of power from the 24 V power supply and the maximum power loss of the model is 205 W. The model comes with an air-cooling system in which the model dissipates its heat to the surrounding air. The module is designed to operate synchronous and asynchronous motors with extreme precision. The total width of the module is 75 mm.
The model DM 45K 3301-D comes with a 12-bit resolution analog interface which provides digital position, speed, and current control by VeCon chip, and the cycle time for the speed and current controller is 62.5 micro-seconds. The model uses a resolver interface and it doesn’t hold any other additional function. The DM module comes in the standard design and it belongs to the Servodyn-D series. The module can operate ideally between the temperature ranges of 0 to +45 degree Celsius at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level. The DM 45K 3301-D model is protected by IP20 protection class and it must be installed in the switch cabinet which is protected by IP54 protection standard. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
