Bosch Indramat made DM 30K 9301-D is a Servodyn-D series three phase module suited for both synchronous and asynchronous motors. The DM 30K 9301-D has both CANopen and CANrho interfaces accompanied with a resolver encoder interface. The DM 30K 9301-D has only the standard variant available with no additional functions. It has a power demand of 1.03 A from 24 V power supply module. Switching frequency of the unit is 4 kHz and 8 kHz. The module’s DC link voltage is 670 VDC regulated and 715 VDC unregulated. The module weighs 6 kg and has a width of 50 mm.

 The DM 30K 9301-D is also capable of automatically enforcing limits on maximum current depending on the heat sink and ambient temperature. The module has an operating temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius for optimal performance and a max limit of 55 degrees C up until which performance continues to fall. Maximum installation altitude is 1000 m above sea level with decreased functional capacity up until 3000 m above sea level.

The DM 30K 9301-D has an IP 20 according to EN 60 529 and must only be installed in switch cabinets having IP 54 protection standard. The surrounding air must also be rendered free of contaminants like dust, acids, lye, metal vapors etc. to prevent damage. Climactic category of the DM 30K 9301-D is 3K3 according to EN 60 721; the module is also resistant to shocks of forces up to 15 g with no functional disturbances and can resist vibrations in the frequency range of 2-150 Hz.
