Product Description
The DM 30K 6111-D is an advanced three-phase module from Bosch Rexroth. It is designed for Servodyn-D systems which are used for motor operation. Maximum rated current for the module is 30 Amps. The module limits the maximum current depending on the semiconductor thermal limit. Under continuous current conditions, the maximum current at 4 kilohertz switching frequency is 21 amps and the nominal current rating is 14 Amps. Under overload conditions, the maximum current at 4 kilohertz switching frequency is 29 Amps and the nominal current rating is 5.8 Amps. Under continuous current conditions, the maximum current at 8 kilohertz switching frequency is 14 amps and the nominal current rating is 9.7 Amps. Under overload conditions, the maximum current at 8 kilohertz switching frequency is 22 Amps and the nominal current rating is 3.6 Amps.
At 4 kilohertz, the current derating between 45 and 55 degrees Celsius is 0.35 for every single degree increase in ambient temperature. At 8 kilohertz, the current derating between 45 and 55 degrees Celsius is 0.24 for every single degree increase in ambient temperature. The output also derates if installation altitude exceeds 3300 feet. Approximate weight of the module is 6 kilograms and its width is 50 millimeters. Minimum 100 millimeters of spacing should be provided on the top and bottom sides of the module to facilitate convection cooling. The module has an enclosure which is rated for IP20 protection rating. For mounting of the DM 30K 6111-D, an industrial switch cabinet with minimum protection rating of IP54 should be used. Features available on the DM 30K 6111-D module are Profibus DP interface, standard encoder interface and one axis positioning. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
