Product Description

The Rexroth DM 30K 5311-D is a three-phase module for Bosch Servodyn-D systems. Bosch products are manufactured and tested to comply with safety standards. The products pose no threat to the safety of equipment or personnel if they are used in accordance with guidelines from Bosch regarding handling, installation and subsequent maintenance. Bosch products comply with EMC directives, EMC product standards, the low-voltage directive and harmonized standards. Bosch products are designed for use in industrial environments and should not be directly connected to public low-voltage power supply or to high-voltage or medium-voltage supplies through a transformer. Machinery used with the Servodyn-D inverters should be checked to ensure that it complies with the EMC directive and the machinery directive (98/79/EEC). Safe functioning of Bosch products requires proper storage, transport and installation.

The DM 30K 5311-D is a compact mechanics device rated for 30 Amps maximum current. It supports one axis positioning and includes resolver interface and a 24 Volts interface for control signals. Purpose of the three-phase module is operation of compatible synchronous / asynchronous motors. The module is designed for air cooling and minimum spacing of 100 millimeters around the mounted device is recommended by Bosch for this purpose. Resistance to shock rating of the DM 30K 5311-D is 15 g as per DIN IEC 68-2-27. Resistance to vibration rating for the device is 1 millimeter displacement at 2 to 13.2 Hertz. Housing of the module is rated for IP20. Furthermore, Bosch recommends use of IP54 rated cabinet for installation of the module. The module can be used up to 3000 meters elevation. However, operation of the module above 1000 meters is not recommended. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
