Product Description
The DM 30K 4101-D is a three-phase module manufactured for the Servodyn-D digital integrated inverter systems, all by Bosch Rexroth. It is a three-phase module for asynchronous and synchronous motors to be used in this inverter. With its maximum current set at 30 kHz and a module width of compact mechanics with no specific value, this is used in only module inverters along with other types of modules. The DM 30K 4101-D can only be used for the inverters in the Servodyn-D series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and features an air cooling system that maintains the module's temperature to prevent overheating.
It features an analog interface fitted with a high demand 16-bit interface and a standard encoder interface. The analog interface used in this module inverter comes with an inbuilt software package. This allows the interface to be programmed via the standard serial interface and DSS0D service and commissioning structure. It features a speed interface of 10 V and offers classic encoder simulation by transmitting or sending the actual position values through the inverter. Some other modules in the DM series have a lower bit interface of 12. The 16-bit interface of the DM 30K 4101-D allows it to meet the high demand.
The DM 30K 4101-D three-phase module is used for compact mechanics. The other kind of modules available from Bosch Rexroth is power supply and backplane modules. The module features no other additional functions, not even axis positioning, and has standard variants. At the end of the part number, the D states that its operations are limited to the Servodyn-D series. The inverters in this series feature a modular design, axis and supply modules, different interfaces, and functions. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
