Product Description
The three-phase module with part number DM 30K 3301-D is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Servodyn-D series of fully integrated inverter systems. The module is meant for asynchronous and synchronous motors, and features a maximum current at fs of 30 kHz. This is the exact value of the technical data of this module. It also features an air cooling system with no backplane mechanics or water cooling. The DM 30K 3301-D three-phase module also features compact mechanics with an interface and encoder interface. This module is only used in modular inverters, along side other components like power supply modules and backplane modules.
The DM 30K 3301-D module uses an analog interface with a 12 bit resolution and a resolver encoder interface. The analog system is a setpoint interface. The encoder simulation of the analog interface is done with mating connectors or cables. The processor board of the inverter system will have an entirely digital speed, position and current control with VeCon chip. The analog setpoint value is set at a resolution of 12 bits, so it cannot meet high demands. You will see the inverter modules and the analog interface in the built-in software package of the module. The analog interface is used for standard encoder simulation through cables and will transmit the position values.
The design of the Servodyn-D series allows for varying functionalities regardless of the mechanical option you choose. This will ensure that the interface of the modular inverter system will match the system performance. The DM 30K 3301-D three-phase module does not feature any additional functionalities and as for its variety, it’s set at standard. The module can only be used for the inverters in the Servodyn-D series. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
