Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the DM 30K 3101-D three-phase module for synchronous and asynchronous motors in the Servodyn-D fully digital integrated system. The inverter system can be used with a wide range of interfaces and functions and utilizes a three-phase module of different types. The DM 30K 3101-D is the part number for one of them, with a maximum current set at 30 kHz. It is also meant for compact mechanics, so it does not have a particular modular width. As for the cooling method, the DM 30K 3101-D uses air cooling.
As for its interface, the DM 30K 3101-D uses an analog interface with 12-bit resolution and a standard encoder interface. The servo motors type SF and SR manufactured by Bosch, synchronous linear motors, asynchronous motors type DU or built-in motors are also operated with the DM 30K 3101-D three-phase module and feature defined encoders. The connected motor to the module and the IGBT inverter output stage's electronic rating plates have all the essential drive data. This allows them to set mechanical parameters for controlling the drive of the motor-module combination. The position, current controllers, and speed of the three-phase modules are entirely digital and arranged in a cascade construction.
The analog interface features a 10 V speed interface and a resolution of 12 bit. It is an encoder simulation used to transmit the values of the actual position. There are many advantages of the Servodyn-D inverter, including the position control that the DM 30K 3101-D three-phase module offers. It also has automated commissioning through the drive modules and motors’ electronic rating plates. The three-phase module does not come with any additional functions and has standard variants. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
