Product Description
The DM 30K 1301-D is a three-phase module for synchronous and asynchronous motors. It was manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to be used in the Servodyn-D fully digital inverter system. This module is used for compact mechanics in a modular inverter system, so there is no specific module width, and it has a maximum current of 30 kHz. The DM 30K 1301-D is the part number for the SERCOS interface module which is compatible with the Servondyn-D interface. This interface system has a modular structure and consist of axis and supply modules. It also has digital closed-loop control for its speed, position and current.
The DM 30K 1301-D three-phase module uses a SERCOS interface and resolver encoder interface. Since this inverter module features a SERCOS interface, it can be connected using fibre optics, and the circuit can be closed with a PC as the master, or a control. So, for the DM 30K 1301-D module, a single fibre optic will be implemented in connecting the module with the neighbouring left-hand module. Then, the first and last module of the set will be connected to the master, whether it's the PC or control. Since this module features a SERCOS setpoint interface, users can expect more speed in sending signals through the inverter system than with analog interfaces.
The Servondyn-D digital inverter system offers different advantages including a compact and modular design, assisted by the DM 30K 1301-D module. The fact that this three-phase module is also constructed with the same structure as IGBT output stages for brushless asynchronous and synchronous motors is an advantage. The DM 30K 1301-D module does not feature any other additional functions and has standard variants. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
