Product Description
Rexroth Indramat has designed and developed a drive inverter known as the DM 15K 7301-D, this Servodyn-D invertor comes with different interfaces, various functions, and axis & supply modules and has a modular structure. This inverter comes with a digital closed-loop, which allows it to control the current, spend, and position. Various motors can function via this drive inverter, such as standard asynchronous motors without an encoder for U/f characteristic control, and asynchronous motors type DU with combined accurate encoder, built-in motors with absolute gear encoder or encoder, synchronous motors type SF for sinusoidal current with a joined absolute encoder for position and speed control. With the combination of synchronous motors, the drive inverters meet the highest levels of speed setting range, positioning accuracy, dynamics, and synchronizing.
The DM 15K 7301-D comes with a different resolution of actual position value, the single-turn encoder (STG) 20 bits, resolver 12 bits, a multi-turn encoder (MTG) 32 bits. The maximum current 15 A (max OL), 11 A (max CL), and rated current 2.9 A (max OL), 7.4 A (max CL), and derating temperature (45 to 55° C) is 0.23 A/K. The rating plate data input is 670 V, 6 A dc, and the output ranges between 3ph 400 V, 0Hz to 800 Hz, 8 Hz, 5.8 A. The DC link voltage of the DM 15K 7301-D is 670 VDC regulated and 715 VDC non-regulated. The maximum power loss is 121 W, and the power demand from the 24 V power supply module is 0.89 A. The module width is 50 mm, and 6.0 kg is the mass of this drive inverter. The supply voltage of the inverter is 3 X 400 VAC to 460 VAC ± 10%, 48 Hz to 62 Hz. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
