Product Description
The Rexroth’s DM 15K 6111-D three-phase current compact module is best suitable for the motors and inverters. The DC module is linked to the motor via control cables. The DM current module is perfect for synchronous and asynchronous motors. The size of the module is determined through the rated current and peak current of the motors. These served modules are installed in switch cabinets with the protection of IP54 with dust filters. The motor rated current and peak current determined the size of the DM 15K.
The rating plates UL varies from 3ph 400v, frequency of 0 to 800Hz, and switching frequency of 8KHz.The rating plate input for the maximum OL is 670V,6A DC, and has an output of 5.8A. For the regulated module, the DC link voltage is 670 VDC. The non-regulated module has 715 VDC Dc link voltages. The current of the DM 15K module is 15-18arms and the rated current is 4.9-11arms as per OL and CL. The module comes with incremental encoders. The single-turn encoder STG is 20 bits resolution. The multi-turn encoder MTG is 32 bits and the resolver has a resolution of 12 bits. The module power connection with the incremental encoder of factor 4=1MHz with the position measuring system along with the SERCOS interface. The module has a power demand of 0.89A.
The ambient temperature of the DM 15K 6111-D is 0°C to +45°C with derating of the +46°C to +55°C. The ambient elevation for mounting of the current three-phase module is 1000 meters above sea level. The key element of the mounting of the module in the control cabin is the surrounding air, which should be impurities free. There must no acid fumes, corrosive particles, and dust in the air for the effective working of the modules. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
