Product Description
The DM15K 5311-D is the three-phase compact mechanics of the synchronous and asynchronous motors manufactured by Rexroth Bosch engineering. They are linked to Module with DC link and control cabin. The size of the module is determined through the rated current and peak current of the inverters and motors. It is also dependent on the ambient temperature and operating frequencies of the motors. The module’s maximum overload depends on the heat sink and ambient temperature and confines the maximum current on the thermal limit of the semi-conductor power.
The module has a switching frequency of 8 kHz and 0 to 800 Hz frequency. The input of the module of the maximum OL is 670V, 6A DC and output is 5.8A. The DC link voltage of the regulated module is 670VDC and for the non-regulated module is 715 VDC. The power demand for the module is 0.86A and power loss is 121W. The current weight for the model is 6.0kg along with a width of 50mm. The DM 15K 5311-D module requires 15-18arms and the rated current is 4.9-11arms with a derating current is 0.32A/K. The operating temperature is 0°C to +45°C and the derating effects are +46°C to +55°C. Mounting elevation of the module is 0 to 1000 meters above sea level. The protection category of the DM three-phase current modules is categorized in IP 54.
The module has a single turn encoder STG with 20 bits resolution. The Module also has the multi-turn encoder MTG is 32 bits with a resolver of 12 bits resolution. The incremental encoder with a factor of 4=1 MHz is indicated to position the measuring system with the SERCOS interface. These Servodyn modules should be installed in the switch cabin with precise protection. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
