The DM 15K 5111-D is a three-phase current mechanics module for inverters and spindle motors of Bosch engineering the DC invertors is linked with control cables with motors, the modules vary with rated plates UL from 3ph, 0 to 800Hz frequency and have 8khz of switching frequency the rated current of the module is 400V. Input rating plates with maximum OL is 670V, 6A DC and the output is 5.8A .the maximum current is 15 to 18arms and the rated current is 4.9 to 11arms. The DM 15K modules have a derating current is 0.32A/K.
The resolution of the encoders of the module differentiates from models to models like the single turn encoder STG has 20 Bits resolution, the multi-turn encoder MTG comes with 32 Bits resolution with 12 Bits of the resolver. The module power demand is 0.89A and the maximum loss is 121W. The total weight of the module is 6.0Kg along the width of 50mm. The motor rated current and peak current depends on operating frequency and ambient temperature for module selection. Maximum overload of the module depends on ambient temperature and heat sink which limits by the maximum current for the semi-conductor power.
