Product Description
Rexroth Bosch manufactures the DM 15K 3301-D three-phase current module. This module aids current mechanics for the spindle motors and inverters. The DM 15K 3301-D three-phase current module is DC linked and can be linked with control cables in the control cabin. These DM modules are the best work for asynchronous and synchronous motors. The size of the effective module for the motor should be determined by the rated current, peak current, and operating frequency of the motors.
The Maximum overload of the module depends on the heat sink and ambient temperature which is 0°C to 45°C. The module automatically limits the maximum current of the semi-conductors thermal power. The maximum continuous load allows the module to reduce the maximum current to protect semi-conductor power. The rating UL plates of the modules differ from 3ph 400V with 0-800Hz resolution frequency and 8 kHz switching frequency. The modules have DC link voltage which is 670VDC for the regulated module and 715 VDC for the non-regulated module. Currently rated of the module is 4.9-11arms and the maximum current is 15-18arms.
The single encoder of the module has 20 bits resolution as it increases with the type of encoders such as the multi-tune encoder has a 32-bit resolution with a resolver of 12 bits resolution. The maximum power loss of the module is 121W with a working power demand of 0.89A. The total mass of the module is 6.0kg with 50mm in width. The module’s operating temperature is 0°C to +45°C and derating temperature of +46°C to +55°C. The installation of the module should not extend 1000 meters above sea level. The DM 15K 3301-D comes with IP 54 protection category. The surrounding air of the control cabin should be free from impurities such as dust, acid fumes, etc. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
