Product Description

The DKS1.1 is an intelligent servo drive used to operate MDD servo motors. These drive units are manufactured and developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to be used in modern sophisticated applications that rely on their compact size. The DKS1.1-W100A-DK01-01 model of the drive unit provides a high degree of reliability and efficiency when used in conjunction with the MDD digital servo motors. It is delivered as fully configured by Bosch which comprises of a basic servo drive unit, configuration label, auxiliary plug-in card, software module and a command interference card. This unit is rated for IP10 degree of protection which limits its usage in a protected housing or control cabinet. The connection point X4 is designated for motor feedback. Separate connection points are available for motor power and input power of drive unit. This device allows operation with RS-232 interface connection for VT-100 terminal or PC. Terminal X2 is designated for this function. The fault reset button is available at S1 while status display, warning and error messages are displayed using the connection point H1. It is engineered for DSF type encoder and uses 50 A current during continuous operation. It operates with 4 kHz PWM frequency and operates only with three-phase power supply module providing 3x 230 V with 10% tolerance. The model DKS1.1-W100A-DK01-01 requires a maximum power of 11 kVA at peak loading. The internal DC bus operates at 300 V. The motor has approximately 11 kg of weight and can be carefully handled during transportation and installation.
