Product Description
The DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-02-FW a Rexroth Group manufactured servo drive is compatible with the MDD AC Motor. Generally it is identified as a DKS01 Servo Drive Primary System with Interspersed Power Supply. It receives electrical power input from a 3-phase 230 V (with variation opportunity of about ±10%) Power Supply which comes from a cable emanating from the MDD AC Motor, going into its back compartment. Value of the Internal BUS DC Voltage is entered as 300 V.
The rated current of the DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-02-FW is 100A and when the current is Continuous it is measured and registered at 50A. The highest current value attainable by the Servo Drive is also 100A, same as its rated current. Its frequency is 50 to 60 Hz and 3x 230 (±10%) is the input voltage of the DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-02-FW. When not derated, the 11kg DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-02-FW can be operated in altitudes not above 1000m above sea level.
When the drive is at its peak loading, it needs power of about 11kVA. However, it is worth noting that the rated power requirement is dependent on the MDD AC Motor that the operator has had it paired up with. The continuous Regenerated Power of the DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-02-FW is 0,5kW and the Regenerated Power rating peaks at 18kW. While power losses presents itself in both the electrical and power factions of the DKS Servo Drive, it should be noted that it also happens in the bleeder. The highest power loss when the DKS Servo Drive is loading is 480W. The DKS01.1-W100A-RA01-02-FW has an encoder model of DSF. The device is protected according to IP10 via DIN 40 050 and insulated as class C per DIN 570 110. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
