Product Description
The DKS01.1-W100A-DS53-00-FW servo drive features extensive diagnostic capabilities. The signal cables of this drive are connected through screw terminals. The product supports the installation of plug-in cards in its U1 to U5 slots depending on the application. The types of plug-in cards supported are a SERCOS interface, a positioning card, an analog interface with incremental encoder emulator and an analog interface with absolute encoder emulator. The device along with an MDD series digital AC servomotor forms a comprehensive servo drive system. The I/O interface of the unit has sixteen outputs and fifteen inputs for the exchange of binary signals through a programmable controller.
This digital drive features an ambient temperature range of 5°C to 45°C with rated specifications. The bleeder has a continuous regenerated power of 0.5kW and a peak regenerated power of 18kW. The product can be put to use in factories that operate in moderate, cold and dry climates. The drive should not have condensed water on its surface. The average relative humidity must not be more than 70%. It is not safeguarded against intentional penetration. The signal cables of the servo drive must be connected using D-subminiature connectors or push-in terminals to facilitate easy and quick replacement.
The X9 terminal block of the drive features the EIN, AUS and ZKS inputs. The main contactor of the product gets switched off as soon as the AUS input opens due to instances such as an emergency stop. The Bb1 contact of the device opens due to several errors such as bleeder overload, overvoltage, drive overcurrent and over temperature. The drive will not perform control braking when the ready state Bb contact opens. The start inhibit function of the unit can be activated by applying a 20VDC to 30VDC voltage at its AS+ and AS- terminals. The digital servo drive can be shipped through several freight carriers and delivered to your address in any country. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
