The DKS01.1-W100A-DL40-01-FW model is integrated with a power supply that can take power directly from the AC 3-phase 230V power source with ±10% of augmentation. The digital servo drive is used to operate the MDD AC motor with the help of motor power and feedback cable. The power cable used to drive the servo motor contains three wires for motor connection, one wire for ground connection, a separate wire for monitoring motor temperature, and a separate wire pair for the motor brake. The optical fiber cable is used as a motor feedback cable to communicate between drive and control. The digital servo drive operates at the continuous current of 50 A at the frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. The model uses 4 kHz of pulse width modulation frequency to overcome power loss and the power loss at the maximum device loading is 480 W.
The model DKS01.1-W100A-DL40-01-FW is protected by IP10 protection class and insulation class of C per DIN 570 110. The model can be installed at a maximum height of 1000 m and it can operate ideally at the maximum temperature of +55 ͦC. The model comes with the basic model of DKS01.1-W100A-D with 5 slots for plug-in cards. The software module DSM 2.1 is installed at the U5 slot and the firmware for this model can be ordered separately. Warm type cooling mode is used in this model to overcome the temperature effect. The net weight of the digital servo drive is approximately 11 kg with easy mounting options. The 28 A fuse is used in this model to protect the power section.
