Product Description
Bosch Rexroth DKS01.1-W100A-DA06-00 servo drive is easy to service and troubleshoot as it uses signal cables connected by screw terminals and an alphanumeric display. The control drive has an integrated holding brake to control and scan the operations of the servo drive. Different software card such as the DSM 2.1 is required for specific drive control functions. The software module needed depends on the type of servo drive in use and includes the drive parameters and the operating software. These software modules guarantee that an override is successful whenever old software is replaced with new hardware. It also ensures that old parameters are loaded into new hardware by inserting the old module of the software.
The DKS01.1-W100A-DA06-00 uses different auxiliary Plug-In Cards such as the I/O Interface type DEA 4.1, DEA 5.1, and DEA 6.1. Each card uses a unique internal address and has separate input and output terminals used by the driver to transfer and exchange binary signals with the attached controller. Another Plug-In Card used by the servo drive control is the Incremental Position Interface type DEF 1.1, DEF 2.1. This type of plug-in receives and locates square wave signals from an external system and then transfers the data directly to the machine segment in the servo drive.
During configuring of the servo drive use the labels contained in the manual: basic unit, software module, and the plug-in cards. The configured labels specify the type of card located inside the control drive. Always ensure that you counter check the configuration of the control drive with that of the configuration label before you begin operating the servo drive. Confirming the settings will be helpful in case you encounter any trouble during the configuration process. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
