Product Description
The DKS01.1-W100A-DA03-01-FW manufactured by Bosch Indramat has integrated power shut off protection and a dynamic braking system to protect the drive in the event of a short circuit or a problem from the main power supply. The servo drive comes as a basic unit with empty card slots for various card plug-in. The common types of command interface plug-in cards for this drive include DLC 1.1, a single-axis positioning card, and DAA 1.1, an analog emulator with an absolute encoder.
The DLC 1.1 type single positioning card is used to upgrade the drive to perform tasks like position control. The card can be configured with more than 3000 program blocks, with each block defining a particular sequence movement, the output to be set, or a specified condition of the monitored inputs. The other type of command interface card: the DAA 1.1 type analog emulator with absolute encoder enables the DKS01.1-W100A-DA03-01-FW to be operated through an analog interface with conventional controllers. This card also contains input and outputs for communications with the main controller.
The servo drive accessories are shipped in bags labeled with the ordering code. A packing slip that contains the list of parts in the accessory kit is included too. If a single axis positioning control is used with the drive, the connectors for the DLC cards are not included in the kit and should be ordered separately. Always store the digital control drive in a dry and dust-free environment with ambient temperatures ranging g from 30°C to +85°C. Use shock absorber supports during transportation of the control drive to avoid any damage from shock and vibrations.
