Product Description
The DKS01.1-W050A-RL05-01-FW digital servo drive supports specific operating modes and applications through the installation of several plug-in modules. This drive from Bosch Rexroth comes with a completely configured setup. Its auxiliary plug-in cards can be either I/O interfaces, incremental position interfaces, high-resolution position interfaces, or a combination of these interfaces. The product features a configuration label that encompasses the type codes for the basic unit, the configured servo drive, the plug-in cards fitted in the U1 to U4 slots, and the software module in the U5 slot. The device has a frequency of 50to 60Hz and a power requirement of 9.5kVA at maximum drive loading.
The actual power loss of the servo drive varies according to the connected MDD series digital servomotor. The drive must not have condensation on its surface during operation or after use. It is not protected against deliberate penetration or entry of water. The analog signals of the product must be transmitted through shielded cables and only this shielding must be connected to the drive. The H1 display on the basic unit is used to highlight the warning and error messages. The main contactor of the drive gets switched OFF as soon as the emergency stop function is activated.
The UD contact of the servo drive opens up when the DC bus voltage drops below 200V while the TVW contact opens if the continuous bleeder power is less than or equal to 80% of the continuous feeder power. The S1-DKS1 connector kit of the basic unit encompasses the X3, X6, X7, X8, and X9 connectors. The product must be kept dry and without load during shipping. The device has an input voltage rating of 3 x 230VAC with +/-10% tolerance. The DKS01.1-W050A-RL05-01-FWdigital servo drive can be shipped by Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty tag.
