The DKS01.1-W050A-DS24-03-FW is a uniquely designed servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to operate in a broad range of industrial machines. The servo drive is designed specifically to form a servo drive system by pairing it with the MDD digital AC servo motor. In industrial machines, the DKS01.1-W050A-DS24-03-FW servo drive controls and monitors the speed, positioning, and torque output of the MDD digital AC servo motor by using both the command signals it receives from the control center and the signal it receives from the servo motor through the motor feedback cable.
The DKS01.1-W050A-DS24-03-FW servo drive uses a three-phase input voltage connector to connect to the mains electricity, drawing a voltage of 3×230 volts from the mains electricity. It has a PMW frequency of about 4 kilohertz and also an internal bus voltage of 300 volts. The DKS01.1-W050A-DS24-03-FW servo drive contains a bleeder resistor, which it uses to prevent unwanted discharge of power from the servo drive. At maximum loading, the servo drive has a power requirement of 9.5 kilowatts and suffers a power loss of about 305 watts.
The DKS01.1-W050A-DS24-03-FW is designed under reliable industrial conditions and has been repeatedly tested to ensure that its safe for industrial use. It is produced in accordance with the C per DIN 570 110 insulation class and the IP 10 per DIN 40 050 protection class. The servo drive is to be stored for future use; the storage temperature should not exceed -30 to +85 degrees Celcius. The servo drive should also not be operated at an ambient temperature greater than 55 degrees Celcius.
