Product Description
The DKS01.1-W050A-DL41-01-FW is a Digital Servo Drive designed by Bosch Rexroth AG to monitor and regulate the movement and positioning of servo drive motors. The servo drive receives a command signal from the control system, amplifies the signal, and transmits a proportional amount of current to the servo motor. The electric signal transmitted from the servo drive to the motor produces a motion proportional to the control system's command signal. The DKS01.1-W050A-DL41-01-FW drive can be customized with special customization cards, inserted into the slots U1 to U5 present on the drive's housing. A properly customized drive should contain a basic servo drive unit, a command interface card, a software module, an auxiliary plugged-in Module, and a configuration label.
The DKS01.1-W050A-DL41-01-FW servo drive has a rated current and a peak current of 50 Amperes. It uses a three-phase electrical connector to connect with the mains electricity and draws an input voltage of about 3×230 volts from the mains electricity. The servo drive has a bleeder resistor, which functions to prevent unwanted power discharge in the drive. The DKS01.1-W050A-DL41-01-FW servo drive uses works with a power frequency of 50-60 Hertz. The PMW frequency of the servo drive is 4 kilohertz. At maximum motor loading, the servo drive has a power requirement of 9.5 Kilovolts-Amperes and loses about 305 watts of power, excluding the power lost at the bleeder resistor.
The DKS01.1-W050A-DL41-01-FW digital servo drive is designed by professionals according to IP 10 per DIN 40 050 protection class and C per DIN 570 110 insulation class. However, the drive's operation and installation should be based on the instructions specified in the servo drive's documentation. Failure to do this can lead to fatal industrial accidents. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
