The DKS01.1-W050A-DL04-01-FW is a servo drive for controlling MDD AC Servo Motor from Bosch Rexroth. It connects to this motor via a power cable and a feedback cable. It further needs to be connected to either a 3 phase or 1 phase 230 Volts AC voltage supply. Signal cables are easily secured by screws. The unit has an alphanumeric display for troubleshooting. The product can be matched easily to the application it has to be used in by plugging in modules through slots U1 to U5.
The unit features a protection system to shut-off the power in case of an emergency. It also limits the inrush current automatically, so the inrush current has not to be considered while installing a fuse or a circuit breaker. The unit has an internal system to control and monitor the holding brake of a motor. It also has a protective dynamic braking system which can decelerate and stop the drive in case of electronic fault. The drive can be programmed to perform a specific routine in case of a system fault.
This drive has a peak current rating of 50A. It features cooling inside the cabinet. Configuration designation of this drive is 05. Information about this configuration can be found in system configuration documentation. It features standard noise emission at the motor. The internal bus has a voltage rating of 300 Volts. The maximum ambient temperature with derating is 55 degree C. To avoid data deration, please operate below 45 degree C.
