The DKS01.1-W050A-DA02-01-FW servo drive from Bosch Rexroth works in conjunction with an MDD AC digital servomotor from the same manufacturer. This product supports easy servicing in case of a fault or repair. It makes use of screw terminals for connection of its signal cables. The device can be fitted with plug-in modules to implement the functions required for a specific application. Its basic unit has five slots for installing different cards. The X2 connector of the product supports the fitting of a RS 232 interface for connection to a VT-100 terminal. The main contactor can be turned on only if the ZKS input of the device is closed. The X8 terminal block can be connected to 24VDC and 15VDC signal voltages. The load current of the drive should not increase beyond 100mA for it to function properly. The Bb1, TVW, and UD contacts must not be connected to a contactor coil directly. The braking of this servo drive can be done at maximum torque without dynamic braking.
