The DKS01.1-W030B-RL04-00 is part of the DKS1 series of servo drives that are manufactured by Indramat. These servo motors work with the MDD digital AC servo motors also from Indramat. The servo drive can be connected to a 230 V 3-phase power source or to a 1 x 230 V AC single-phase power source.
The DKS01.1-W030B-RL04-00 can be purchased with a range of different accessories. The first is the connector kit for DKS basic unit. Usually, the connector kit S1-DKS 1 is required, but this is largely dependent on the configuration. Additional connections are required when the SERCOS interface is used. These are optical fiber cables and connectors or ready-made connectors. It is important to select the right optical fiber connections. These facilitate the communication between the drive and the control with the SERCOS interface. The next type of accessory is the connector kit for configuration. When transporting the drive, if there is a chance of heavy shock or vibration, it is important to use a support that is shock absorbing.
