The DKS01.1-W030B-RL02-01-FW is a DKS series servo drive from Bosch Rexroth for intelligent control of MDD AC servo motors. The servo drive can be easily configured to the motor by using special card modules that go in its body. The servo drive can run on both 1-phase and 3-phase 230 Volts AC voltage. As a protection system the drive can shut down on it own during an emergency. The feature of integral dynamic braking allows the drive to slow down and stop itself when there is an electronics failure. The drive can also be programmed to perform a specific error routine in case of an exception during operation.
The drive features inrush current limiting which brings down the inrush current without the need of an additional fuse. This feature extends the life of an installed fuse or circuit breaker. Screw terminals are provided to make cable connections. The DKS01.1-W030B-RL02-01-FW has an LCD on its body which displays error and status messages. The holding brake of the motor can be controlled from the drive itself.
The drive controller gives off heat inside the cabinet to cool down. The rated current for this product is 30 A. The product has a weight of 11 kg. This product must be kept and shipped in a temperature between -30 degree to 85 degree C. The applications found in the configuration sheet can be safely used for combing the motor with this servo drive.
