The DKS01.1-W030B-RA02-01 is an intelligent servo drive that works with an MDD AC servo motor. They are highly functional and excel as a drive system. It can be connected to an input voltage of 1 x 230 (+/- 10%) V or 3 x 230 (+/-10%) V. The power feed line can be protected with either fuses or circuit breakers. When using fuses, the current at the maximum drive load for 1 x 230 V is 16 A and that of the 3 x 230 V is 12 A. The circuit breakers that should be used should be 1.5 times more than the actual current.
This servo drive can also be connected to power through a transformer. In this case, the transformer can be protected from overload using fuses or circuit breakers. Transformers with an output voltage of 220 V should be used if the line voltage is less or more than 3 x 230 AC V. The DKS01.1-W030B-RA02-01 contains control inputs and signal outputs for communicating with the controller. The actual absolute position value it sends is according to the Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI). The insulation class of this servo drive is insulation C according to DIN 570 110.
This servo drive may operate under moderately humid conditions like in factories with moderate or cold climates. Using the cooling unit in the enclosure can be ideal when certain conditions are followed. When operating with enclosures and the doors are open especially when servicing or when set up, ensure that after the doors are shut, the temperature of the drive is not cooler than the air within the cabinet.
