The DKS01.1-W030B-RA02-00 is a servo drive integrated with power supply. It is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for automated control and well suited for a MDD motor type. This servo drive can be protected with a circuit breaker. The circuit breaker used may be designed according to the current at the maximum drive load. It is necessary that the installation of a current-operated ground-fault circuit breaker in the DKS mains line be avoided. Communication between this drive and the controller is via an ANALOG interface with an Absolute-Value Encoder Emulator. This allows for fine and intuitive operation between this digital servo drive and the conventional controllers.
The frequency of the PWM output for this servo drive is 18kHz. It uses a continuous regenerated power of 0.3 kW and a peak regenerated power of 5 kW. Power losses occur in DKS01.1-W030B-RA02-00 in the power and bleeder sections, as well as the electronic sections. The power loss at maximum device loading without including the power loss at the bleeder is 230 (195 for single-phase power connection) W. The power loss at the bleeder is based on the potential energy of unbalanced masses, the rotational drive energy, and the machine cycle.
