The DKS01.1-W030B-RA01-02-FW forms a completed drive system together with MDD digital AC servo motors. It can be connected to a power source of 3 x 230 V AC. The power source can be protected with fuses. If fuses are used with the three-phase connection, the actual current in the input power line should be 10A or at maximum, 12A.
It communicates with the controller via inputs and outputs of communication on an ANALOG Interface card. The rated power requirement depends on the servo drive and motor combination used. The power requirement at maximum drive loading is 4, 5 (3, 5) kVA. It has a continuous current of 15 (10) A and an internal bus DC Voltage of 300 V. The servo drive should be installed, implemented and used within the required conditions specified by the manufacturer to avoid damage to the machines and efficient performance. The maximum elevation without derating should be at a maximum of 1000 m above sea level.
The maximum environmental temperature with derated specifications +55°C. The device can be operated in humid regions or conditions. 70% is the maximum mean relative humidity that it can operate under even in the most humid season in the year. The DKS01.1-W030B-RA01-02-FW should be protected against condensation hazards at all cost. If warm humid air passes into the enclosure, with cooling, the moisture can condense unto the drive. This moisture cab penetrate the installed drives especially if the cooling unit is not placed properly. To avoid this, the control cabinets should be sealed shut so that warm humid air would not enter from outside. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
