The DKS01.1-W030B-DS29-01 is a new generation drive controller produced by Rexroth Indramat to improve the productivity and efficiency of industrial machines. The DKS01.1-W030B-DS29-01 drive controller pairs with the MDD AC servo motor to form a servo drive system to provide kinetic energy for industrial applications. Unlike other drive controllers, the DKS01.1-W030B-DS29-01 drive controller can be modified to suit specific industrial applications by inserting special customization cards into the drive. A customized drive controller should contain a basic servo drive unit, a software module, a command interface card, an auxiliary plug-in card, and a configuration label.
The DKS01.1-W030B-DS29-01 is produced according to international standards and tested before delivery to ensure it is safe for use. It can be connected to the mains electricity using either a single-phase connection of a three-phase connection. It consists of an integral dynamic braking system and an integrated protection system it uses to shut the power to the drive and gradually decelerate the drive during operational error. The command interface card provides a connection between the drive and the control. The drive connects with the MDD AC motor via the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable supplies current to the motor while the motor feedback cable sends and receives signals between the drive controller and the motor.
The DKS01.1-W030B-DS29-01 motor has a rated current of 30Amperes but usually operates at a contentious current of 15Amperes. The drive's PMW frequency is 18 kilohertz, while the input power frequency used by the drive ranges from 50 to 60 hertz. The drive controller uses an input voltage of 1x 230 or 3x 230volts depending on the type of connection it uses. At maximum loading, the power requirement of the drive is 4.5kilovolts-Amperes.
