Product Description
The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-00 is a DSK Servo drive designed by Mannesmann Rexroth AG. The DKS Servo Drive pairs with an MDD AC Servo Motor to form a complete drive system that efficiently provides required mechanical energy for industrial processes. Various plug-in modules can be installed into the DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-00 drive to adapt it to specific industrial applications.
The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-00 Servo drive uses two types of cable connection; electrical power cables and signal cables. The servo drive can use either a single-phase or a 3-phase electrical connection using a 230Volts 3-phase input voltage or a single-phase 230Volts input voltage. The Serco drive consists of an internal dynamic breaking that can be used to decelerate and stop the drive in an electrical malfunction. The servo drive motor has a rated current of 30A. The drive requires a command interface card that provides the connection between the drive and the control. The servo drive’s signal cable is connected by screws, making it easy for it to be serviced. The control of the connected motor’s holding brake is installed into the servo drive unit. The servo drive uses approximately 11 kilograms.
The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-00 drive works at a continuous current of 15 Amperes but can reach a peak current of 30Amperes. The drive uses a standard frequency of 50-60hertz and a PMW frequency of 18kilohertz. At maximum loading, the drive requires a power of about 4.5kilovolts-amperes. The drive consists of a bleeder with continuous regenerated power and continuous peak power of 0.3kilowatts and 5 kilowatts. The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-00 drive should be operated at an ambient temperature between +5 degrees celsius and +45 degrees celsius. The servo drive is manufactured under reliable environmental conditions according to IP 10 per DIN 40 050 protection class and C per DIN 570 110 insulation class. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
