Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s DKS01.1-W030B-DA02-01-FW digital servo drive can be customized to carry out a specific function by mounting the appropriate software module and plug-in cards to its basic unit. The X4 connector of the servo drive is used to establish motor feedback. The device has a PWM frequency of 18kHz. It is integrated with the mechanism for monitoring and controlling the holding brake of the motor. The product is compatible with the manufacturer’s AC motors of the MDD series. The device has an input voltage of 1 x 230VAC or 3 x 230VAC with a tolerance of +/-10%. The rated power requirement depends on the motor connected to the unit.
The performance of the brushless servo drive gets affected when it functions outside the ambient operating temperature range or if the specified maximum elevation is exceeded. The product can be used in factories in moderate, dry, and cold climates as long as the mean relative humidity does not go beyond 70%. The device is not protected against intentional penetration. The components of the drive such as plug-in cards that are prone to electrostatic discharge should be shipped and stored using electrically conductive packaging. The X8 terminal block supplies 15VDC and 24VDC signal voltage. The terminals of this block can be used for test and measurement purposes.
The relay contacts of the servo drive must not have a direct connection with a contactor coil. The Bb1 contact of the product opens up due to instances such as bleeder overload, overvoltage and drive overcurrent. The main contactor remains turned OFF if there are interlocks and the Bb1 contact is opened. The device should be stored and transported within a temperature range of -30°C and +85°C. The single-axis positioning card of the unit features 11 outputs and seven inputs that can be assigned by the user. The DKS01.1-W030B-DA02-01-FW servo drive can be dispatched with a one-year warranty through our reliable logistics network.
