Product Description
Bosch Rexroth produces affordable and long-lasting equipment for industrial automation. The company manufactures a wide range of drive controllers, synchronous motors, and brake resistors with a broad power spectrum.
The DKR05.2-W500N-BE12-01-NNSN-FW model is developed by Rexroth Indramat and it is capable to take electrical connection directly from the 3-phase power source with a system frequency of 50/60 Hz. The DKR drive controller is widely used in digital intelligent drive systems (DIAX 04) for controlling various electrical motors. The model provides high functional reliability by delivering continuous power at a broad speed range. It is mainly used for machine tools, printing machines, handling systems, and robotics. The DKR drive controller comes with 4 kHz and 8 kHz switching frequencies. The 4 kHz model delivers the continuous power of 93 kW while operating at the continuous current of 210 A, whereas the 8 kHz model consumes 150 A of current to generate the continuous power of 66 kW. The rated current requirement for this model is 500 A and it is not equipped with any bleeder resistor. The model provides maintenance-free operation when operated under ambient environmental conditions.
The model DKR05.2-W500N-BE12-01-NNSN-FW comes with a basic unit (DKR05.2-W500N) which can be configured by installing various plug-in modules. The SERCOS interface is installed in this controller which uses an optical fiber cable for command communication. The motor speed and position are controlled by a digital servo and resolver feedback. The firmware module is installed in the U5 slot of the basic unit which contains the operating parameters of the model. The model uses air with the help of a built-in blower for cooling purposes. The permissible temperature range for the controller is +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it is protected by the IP20 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
