The Rexroth DKR05.2-W500F-BE12-01-NNSN-FW is an Indramat DKR series advanced digital drive controller. Rexroth recommends that personnel dealing with their products should be well aware of the safety regulations and notes on intended use. Rexroth does not permit structural modifications to their products, and neither does it permit decompilation of the product software. The drives must be installed in compliance with the instructions contained in the product documentation. The DKR05.2-W500F-BE12-01-NNSN-FW is designed for the control of electrical motors and monitoring of their operation. The connection of additional actuators and sensors may be required for control and monitoring of motors. The DKR series of drives is compatible with Indramat 2AD series motors having rated output of 115 to 375 kilowatts. The DKR05.2-W500F-BE12-01-NNSN-FW can be used with motors rated for up to 165 kilowatts.

Current rating of the DKR05.2-W500F-BE12-01-NNSN-FW is 500 Amps. The rated motor current is 241 Amps at 4 kilohertz and 181 Amps at 8 kilohertz. The motor current can go up to 241 Amps at 4 kilohertz, and 217 Amps at 8 kilohertz but only for a duration of 60 seconds. Rated power dissipation of the DKR05.2-W500F-BE12-01-NNSN-FW during operation is 6.2 kilowatts. The drive does not support a brake chopper and comes with a floating DC bus. Other drive features include digital encoder and servo feedback, SERCOS command interface and main switch mounted on the cabinet door. Also included with the DKR05.2-W500F-BE12-01-NNSN-FW is a blower for forced cooling of the drive. Function numeric code for the drive is 12 and the version of function numeric code is 01. Firmware for the controller needs to be ordered separately. Installation and operation of the drive should only be performed by trained personnel.  This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
