Product Description
Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DKR04.1-W400N-BE34-01-FW drive controller. Their DKR type drive controllers are designed to control various Rexroth Indramat motors with the use of digital intelligence. These motors include frameless spindle motors 1MB, LSF or LAF linear motors, and a.c. main spindle motors 2AD or ADF. These motors have an output of continuous power that falls in the 10-93kW range at the motor output shaft. Characteristic features of drivers with the DKR drive controller include a level of control that is high and a speed range that is braid with constant power. Applications areas include printing machines and NC-controlled machine tools. DKR drive controllers are connected directly to grounded AC mains.
It has a built-in blower as the cooling mode. If outside air is to be used for this and there is a thing mounting panel or rear wall, an additional frame M1-RAC4 is recommended. This will aid in bringing stability to the mounting surface. The rated current is 400. There is a standard setup with no bleeder. Motor feedback is available, and there is a SERCOS interface as the command communication.
The DKR04.1-W400N-BE34-01-FW has a peak current of the drive of 282A. The continuous power of the drive when the driven shaft is at 3xAC 400 V, -5% is ca. 93kW at 4 kHz and ca. 66kW at 8 kHz. The peak power of the driver under these same shaft motor conditions is ca. 125kW. The drive controller can reach a continuous generated power of ca. 66kW. The weight of the drive controller is about 150kg, and when you include the accessories kit M1-RAC 3, there is an additional 1.7kg to consider. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
