The DKR04.1-W400N-BA35-01-FW product model is an efficient Servo Drive Controller that has taken the industry by storm since its release. Due to the increasing demand for a far-reaching drive controller that can work with numerous drive motors, Rexroth Indramat has come up with this innovative drive motor. The drive can effectively work with multiple electric motors, such as Linear Motors SAF, Frameless Spindle Motor 1Mb, and a.c main spindle motors 2AD. When used with any of these motors, the drive delivers a high control and broad speed range, thus improving machines’ industrial standard.

An air blower and heatsink has been built into the drive’s housing to regulate its temperature and prevent overheating. The drive has an analog interface that allows the machine operator to interact and control the drive easily. It receives digital feedback from the motor; and then utilizes this digital feedback to control the motor’s movement. The product model does not contain a bleeder. During operation, the drive dissipates heat energy via the air vents at the top of the housing and the built-in heatsink.

The system frequency of the DKR04.1-W400N-BA35-01-FW ranges from 50Hz to 60Hz. At constant currents of 210A and 150A, the connected motor’s shaft delivers a power output of 93kW and 66Kw.
