Product Description
Bosch Rexroth products represent modern developments and manufacturing. The company’s products such as servo motors, drives, and controls are widely used by different industries.
The DKR04.1-W400E-BE43-02-FW designed in such a way that it can use the power coming directly from the grounded AC mainline with 3×AC 400-480V with 10% of the incremental difference. The drive comes up with an external brake resistor which will help it in deceleration even at power failure. A 4 kHz drive produces the continuous power of 93 kW at 210 A of continuous current while 66 kW of power is produced by an 8 kHz drive at 150 A of continuous current. The drive produces a continuous regenerated power of 66 kW which helps the motor to produce positive or negative torque with respect to its rotation which makes it capable to use with high power machines such as; printing machines. The drive delivers the maximum 125 kW at the peak current of 282 A.
The DKR04.1-W400E-BE43-02-FW model’s body weight is approx. 150 kg with an air build-in blower cooling system, having one air inlet from where the air enters into the drive and then leave it through the outlet. The heat dissipation in the air channel is 1800 W. The driver is protected with IP20 protection class which protects the drive against solid objects up to 12mm, but it will not provide any protection against liquids. The current that the drive can carry without overheating is 400 A with an external bleeder control resistor. Motor feedback is given by digital servo and resolver. To communicate between drives and input-output devices the SERCOS interface is used with function numeric code of 43 and version function numeric code of 02 to use with high power motors. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
