The DKR03.1-W200N-BT49-01-FW is an intelligent drive controller in the Rexroth Indramat DKR product series. DKR drives are designed to efficiently and intelligently monitor and control Rexroth Indramat electric motors such as linear motors, ADF/2AD main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors. The controller features of the DKR drives offer constant power, high-grade control levels and a broad range of speed. By Design, DKR drive controller can connect to grounded AC mains with a rated voltage of 3xAC 400 V...480 V. DKR03 devices can also come with integrated brake resistors if required.
The continuous current of the 4 kHz variant of DKR drive controller is rated 92 Amps, and the 8 kHz variant also has a continuous current rating of 78 Amps. The peak power of the drive (4 kHz/8 kHz) is rated ca. 55 kW, and its continuous regenerated power (Prück) is rated ca. 30 kW. The power voltage of DKR drive controllers have frequency ratings of 800 Hz (4 kHz) and 1600 Hz (8 kHz). The peak drive current and system frequency of the DKR03.1-W200N-BT49-01-FW is 141 Amperes and 50 – 60 Hz respectively. At maximum of 10 seconds, the peak regenerated power of this drive controller based on the driven motor’s shaft is ca. 55 kW. The rated voltage of the DKR03.1-W200N-BT49-01-FW is 200 Volts.
The housing of the DKR03.1-W200N-BT49-01-FW has a pre-integrated built-in air blower for cooling. The firmware (FW) of this device is installed on DSM modules as EPROMs. When choosing a transport/storage means, dust, moisture and excessive vibration should be avoided. If vibrations are unavoidable, vibration-dampeners should be utilized to protect the structural integrity of the drive controller. Also, the permissible storage temperature range is between -35 degrees to 85 degrees. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
