The versatile Motor Driver, DKR03.1-W200N-BE39-01-FW developed by Rexroth Indramat is an electronic control box that is used with industrial automation machines for precise and accurate control of electrical motors. The control and accuracy of the industrial electrical motors is always is paramount requirement and the DKR03.1-W200N-BE39-01-FW serves it the best, by providing accurate and precise automated control. This automated Driver Module controls the speed, torque, direction, horsepower, brakes and emergency shout down features of the electrical motors based on attached sensing module input.
The DKR03.1-W200N-BE39-01-FW automated motor driver controller provides highest level of accuracy and regulation for industrial motors over a broad range of controlled-speed and constant electrical rating capability. This Motor Driver module is equipped with SERCOSE-Interface for connection to higher ranking control units with use of fiber optic cables. The optical fiber cable is to be ordered separately from Rexroth Indramat. The Drive controller is supplied for “cooling with air from inside the cabinet”. If a different cooling method is required, then the drive must be converted before it is mounted in to the cabinet. The Drive controller identifies the problems and error signals via SERCOS Interface and the H1 display on the front panel of the Driver box unit.
DKR03.1-W200N-BE39-01-FW operates on input voltage of 3-phase 400V~480V, 50-60 Hz system with peak current of 141Amperes. Driver module monitors all the signaling before system ON and during operation to ensure the safety of the machines, driver controller and user. In the event of any malfunction, the main contact opens and the internal power contactor drops off. Rexroth Indramat products represent state-of-the-art developments and manufacturing.
